Motivation    Gets us into the Game.
LearningContinue to play.
CreativityHow we steer.
FlowHow we amplify our actions/results beyond all respectable expectations.

How to enter the flow state:

  1. Clear goal → Know exactly what you are trying to do.
  2. Right difficulty → Challenging enough to stay engaged, not overwhelmed.
  3. No distractions → Protect your attention from interruptions.
  4. Enough time → Stay with the task long enough for deep focus to develop.

A.) Don’t Multitask

Flow is single-tasking at its peak.

Switching tasks resets your brain and kills momentum.

B.) Accept the Entry Resistance

Starting is the hardest part.

You might feel:

  • Restless
  • Distracted
  • Unmotivated

That’s normal. Push through the first 10–15 minutes—flow often comes after that.

Therefore,

Flow = clear goal + right difficulty + no distractions + enough time
